Lawrence J. Finkel, M.D.
Dermatologist
Dr. Lawrence Finkel is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist. He is a graduate of The Mount Sinai Medical School in New York and completed his Dermatology training at The University of Michigan. He has additional training in Laser Surgery.
He is the father of 3 young adults, has 3 dogs, several cats and a few equines. Dr. Finkel has diverse interests, but developing enriching relationships and helping his patients is one of his most rewarding!
Emily M. Miller, M.S., PA-C
Emily Miller is originally from Alexandria, Virginia. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she received her bachelor’s degree with high honors in Psychology. She then obtained her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia University. Emily is fluent in Spanish and has traveled to Honduras twice with Global Medical and Dental Brigades. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Some of her outside interests include singing, recording and mixing acapella songs for her YouTube channel. She adores animals, and she and her dad are wranglers of two cats and two cockatiels. Emily is excited to be a part of our close-knit practice and looks forward to meeting and taking care of the many wonderful folks of the Warrenton community.

Practice Manager
As a lifelong Fauquier County resident, Debbie seems to know just about everybody who comes in to our practice. She is experienced in all facets of our office management and does a great job keeping all the pieces together. She's been with us for nearly 25 years.
Pam L., MA
Pam joined our team in April of 2019. She brings a wealth of knowledge having worked in dermatology for over 23 years. She has picked up things very quickly around here and enjoys meeting new patients and helping them. In her downtime, she loves to play with her 2 dogs and a cat as well as her granddaughter, Emily. Pam is a welcomed addition to our medical practice and we are lucky to have her.
Cassandra H., MA
Cassandra joins our team with loads of experience in dermatology. She has been a Dermatology Medical, Cosmetic and Surgical Assistant at several Northern Virginia offices. Additionally, she is a Certified Dermatology Tech. She is warm and personable as well as skilled in all aspects of our practice. She is a mother of 3 and lives with her husband in Marshall. Ask her about her cute little dog, Bella…..that will make her day!
Cassandra is also now part of our MedSpa 360 @ Lawrence J. Finkel, M.D., P.C. team. She is trained and certified in the use of various state-of-the-art equipment and products that we offer at MedSpa 360. She is a Certified Master Hydrafacialist™ based on her training and education with Hydrafacial™ as well as a Medical Assistant with 20 years of experience, 15 of those years are dermatology specific. She is up to date with Hydrafacial's™ technology and recently attended their HFX Seminar for continuing education. Cassandra also recently received her certification and continuing education with our Cool Peel C02 Laser.
Lorri K. MA
Lorri joined our practice in 2025 and has been a great addition. She has worked in the medical field for many years and her experience and vibrant personality are a great asset for us and our patients. She is a dog lover and takes great care of our 2 office dogs and, of course, her own dog as soon as she is with him. She is a wife and mother and loves to sing, dance as well as enjoying a "clean" tequila now and then. She grew up in the area and is an equestrienne as well. In every way, she is a great fit and we are lucky to have her.

Karen has recently joined the practice and is also a great addition and will be the first friendly face you'll see when visiting our office. She has many years of experience in medical offices having worked for a few practices in the area before joining us. She is a wife, mother and soon-to-be grandmother. She graduated from Fauquier High School and knows just about everyone. Welcome Karen!
